Which connections does Arch have?

It has a USB-C plug at each end. Both connected devices need a suitable USB-C port; it does not plug directly into USB-A or Lightning.

Will it charge my device at 240W?

240W is the cable’s stated maximum USB PD power. Actual charging power depends on the charger, the receiving device and their supported charging modes. A lower-power device will draw only the power it supports.

Will every USB-C device transfer files at 10Gbps?

No. Up to 10Gbps requires a host, connected device and ports that support that speed. The connection follows the capabilities of the equipment you use.

Can I connect it to an external display?

Yes, with a source device and display connection that support DisplayPort over USB-C. Arch is rated for video up to 4K at 60Hz. A USB-C connector alone does not guarantee video support, and the cable has no HDMI plug.

How long is Arch, and what is it made from?

Arch is 1.2m long. TEGIC lists oxygen-free copper, aluminium alloy, TPE and nylon; the black exterior has a nylon-braided finish and brushed aluminium-alloy connector heads.

Can one cable carry a display signal and power my laptop?

A compatible USB-C monitor can send power to a supported laptop while receiving its display signal through Arch. The monitor needs suitable USB PD output and DisplayPort over USB-C support; actual charging power and display output depend on the monitor and laptop.
